United States International University
This private university of 4,500 students has both a Kenyan and American accreditation.
The residential campus is located in the suburb of Kasatani, 15 kilometers from central Nairobi.
Nairobi is a cosmopolitan and modern capital city. You can visit the Kenya National Park, a nature reserve in the inner suburbs, or skate at the Panati Sky Center. Discover the Massai culture and visit the Bomas, which will allow you to experience the authentic indigenous life of the different tribes that live in the country. And of course, you have to go on a safari.
Good to know
You are advised to take out your medical insurance on site. Just plan a repatriation insurance in case of any problem. Kenya is a fairly safe country, but avoid walking alone at night, don’t show your belongings, and watch out for pick-pockets.
Nearest airport: Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which is a 30 minutes taxi ride from the university. Plan US $ 25 for the taxi.
